PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is received, I will ship it as soon as possible. While I maintain an inventory of some of my best selling products, more often items are printed when your order is received. Standard turn around for orders is 1-3 weeks for retail orders. (WHOLESALE ORDERS: Please allow 3-6 weeks for wholesale orders depending on the size of the order.)

The process looks like this: 

  1. Your order is received and processed.
  2. When available, items ordered are pulled from existing inventory. If not available, they are added to the printing queue.
  3. Once printed, items dry for 24-48 hours, and are then heat set (ironed for a loooooong time).
  4. Items are folded and tagged, packaged and shipped to you.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

I use the US Postal Service for shipping. They have great rates, are very reliable and my mail carrier picks up right at my front door. In most cases retail orders will be shipped utilizing USPS First Class Mail.

Wholesale orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail which promises delivery in just 2-3 days from ship date. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

EXPEDITING YOUR ORDER

Need something fast? Tell me that when you order and I will do my very  best to expedite it. I will send you an email telling you how quickly I will be shipping. If you can be flexible regarding color and design, tell me that too. (If I can pull from my existing inventory, rather than printing something for you from scratch, I can get it to you faster.)

Overnight shipping through the USPS is available for an additional fee.

If you live in the vicinity of Portland, ME and prefer to pick up from my studio and save yourself a shipping cost, let me know and we can make arrangements.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to be over-the-moon happy with your purchase. If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase, I will do my best to work things out to your satisfaction. I ask that you contact me with any concerns within three business days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise, whether for refund or exchange, must be returned clean, and unwashed with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

ONE-OF-A-KIND

Please understand that each of my textiles is unique and representative of a hand-painted printing process. As such, there may be slight variations in design and color from the photo appearing on the site. A hand printed, custom-colored look is a significant part of the special character of my work.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Retail Orders are processed at the time order  is placed using these payment options:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Wholesale Orders are processed when shipped. A credit card payment is required at the time of shipping on your first order. After that, Wholesale Terms are 30 days from day of shipping. (Payment by check is preferred.)

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you see an item you like on my site but would prefer it in colors that better suit your décor, please send me an email request describing what you are looking for. Custom orders requiring simple variations in color can be created at no additional charge, just a bit more time to make to order. More complex design requests or multiples of an item may require an extra charge, as well as extra time, which we will always discuss in advance.
