HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Once your order is received, I will ship it as soon as possible. While I maintain an inventory of some of my best selling products, more often items are printed when your order is received. Standard turn around for orders is 1-3 weeks for retail orders. (WHOLESALE ORDERS: Please allow 3-6 weeks for wholesale orders depending on the size of the order.)

The process looks like this: 

  1. Your order is received and processed.
  2. When available, items ordered are pulled from existing inventory. If not available, they are added to the printing queue.
  3. Once printed, items dry for 24-48 hours, and are then heat set (ironed for a loooooong time).
  4. Items are folded and tagged, packaged and shipped to you.

I SEE THE FLOWER I WANT, BUT I DON’T SEE IT IN THE COLOR I AM LOOKING FOR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I’m happy to print by special request. Send me an email describing the color and flower you like and I will be in touch to discuss the possibilities with you. I mix my own paint colors so shades may vary from item to item. If you are trying to match a specific color in your home, send me a photo or color swatch and I’ll do my best to get close.

DO YOU MAKE TABLECLOTHS OR PLACEMATS?

Yes, but not as a rule. I have not been successful in finding a manufacturer of these items that I am 100% happy with (I’m very fussy about quality and craftsmanship), but if you send me a light color tablecloth or placemat set (smooth cotton or linen), I’d be happy to print on it for you. Email me first and let’s talk.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE TABLE RUNNERS MADE FOR EACH TABLE AT MY UPCOMING EVENT. CAN I ORDER THEM IN QUANTITY?

Absolutely! I have worked with brides, and hostesses, and event and corporate function planners to design and create matching or mixed and matched runners as center pieces for events. Brides I have worked with have gifted them to their bridesmaids and family members following their weddings. One even joined me in my studio to help with the printing and ironing so she could boast that she’d helped make them herself. It was really fun for both of us!

I’M ORDERING A GIFT FOR MY AUNT’S BIRTHDAY NEXT WEEK. CAN I GET MY ORDER EXPEDITED?

Send me a message explaining your timing needs. If I have the item you are ordering in my current inventory, I can ship it right away. If I don’t, I’m happy to suggest an alternative design that I do have in inventory. Otherwise your item will take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

I’m also happy to ship an item USPS Priority Overnight Mail., which guarantees the fastest delivery. Shipping cost will be additional and their prices start at about $27.

MY COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOUR TOWELS AS HOLIDAY GIFTS. CAN YOU PRINT AN ORDER OF 75 OF THE SAME DESIGN?

Sure! I’ve done this many times. Let me know what you are looking for and I can give you a timeline for receipt of your order.

DO YOU SEW YOUR OWN FLOUR SACK PRODUCTS?

I do not sew my own products. After an exhaustive search, I found a manufacturer in Izmir, Turkey (Roches Home) to make my aprons, towels, napkins and table runners. The flour sack fabric used in the production of my products is of the highest quality I’ve seen anywhere. It is a heavier weight than most flour sack fabric, making it very absorbent and durable. It is also made from 100% certified organic cotton fibers.

My pillows are made from 100% cotton twill and are sewn for me right here in Maine.

CAN I ORDER A SET OF FOUR MATCHING PILLOW COVERS?

Yes. I am happy to print pillow covers – or anything else – to your specifications. Just choose from the designs I offer and let me know what you are looking for.

WILL MY APRON FADE WHEN I WASH IT?

I print using fabric paint that becomes permanent when heat set. My products are meant to be used and loved and can withstand repeated laundering. Do not launder with bleach. Like any garment, colors will fade slightly over an extended period of time, but I have towels that I printed more than 5 years ago and have washed repeatedly that are just beginning to fade now.
